Grains: Quinoa Pilaf

List of Ingredients
1 tbl Vegetable Oil (off plan ingredient)
1 Clove Garlic To 3, Minced
1 med Onion Chopped
1 cup Quinoa Thoroughly Rinsed
2 cup Nonfat Chicken Broth Or WaterRecipe
* Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Then saute the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
* Add the quinoa and continue sauteing for another 5 minutes, stirring.
* Add the chicken broth or water and bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer slowly for 12 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed.
* Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
