My pancake recipe:
1\2 cup Oat Flour
4 egg white
Desired herbs and Spices
**for sweet Pancakes: 2 Tbsp Splenda, 1\8 tsp ea. maple and butter extract
**For Savory Pancakes: 1\8 tsp. butter extract, 1\4 tsp. chives and 1\8 tsp ea. Rosemary, thyme and 2 sage leaves chopped up.
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in Blender until right consistancy.
Use water to thin batter out if necessary. Pour 1\2 batter in a nonstick pan. cook until bubbles appear around edges. flip, Cook until golden.
Makes 2 Servings
Serve immediently or cool and wrap up to refidgerate.
I love this for wraps...I have also used 1\4 of batter to make smaller "pancakes" that way I only had to reduce my Protein by 1\2 oz.
So Just remember to cut your protein amount because of the egg whites.
