Follow your regular oatmeal cooking instructions and when the oatmeal is finnished add the following:
Cocoa powder to taste - about 1/2 teaspoon per serving
Vanilla extract - 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon per serving or to taste
Splenda - 1 - 2 individual packets per serving or to taste

I loved cocoa wheats as a child and teenager and this recipe reminds me of it a little and helps with the chocolate craving and may make oatmeal palatable for people learning to like it.
