3/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup water
4 tsp vanilla
8 cups oats
Recipe
Heat oven to 275 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Combine sugar substitute and water in a glass measuring cup. Heat slightly in microwave; add vanilla.
Pour mixture over oats in a large mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed (you may need to add some water). Spread onto cookie sheets and bake 45-60 minutes or until golden and crunchy. This tastes great over baked apples, as a topping for fruit, or the "ice cream" in the recipe cards!
