2 egg whites
1/8 cup oat flour
1/4 cup whole oats (makes 1/2 c carb total)
splenda to taste
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Beat egg whites until mixed, add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Mix together and spread thinly on a baking pan... Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 and roll before cooling. Makes 4.
