    Rice: Another Rice Pudding Recipe

    List of Ingredients

    * 2 cups somewhat cooked rice
    * 2 tsp vanilla
    * 4 egg whites
    * 1/4 c Splenda
    * splash of rice milk [this is an off plan ingredient]
    * 1 tbsp cinnamon
    * 1 tbsp nutmeg
    * 2 cups over ripe banana (mashed)

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients into a medium-large casserole dish and mix together with a hand mixer. Bake for 60 minutes in oven set at 325°. Stir occasionally until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
