Rice: Baked Spinach Balls

2 c. cooked rice
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 t. sage
1/4 t. dried thyme
1/4 t. black pepper
1 package frozen spinach (thawed, well drained)
1/4 c. fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
2 egg whites, beaten
Recipe
Combine rice, onion, garlic, thyme, sage and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Combine spinach, broth and egg whites in separate medium bowl; mix well. Stir into rice mixture. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape mixture into golf ball sizes balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
