    Rice: Brown Rice, All Day

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups water
    2 cups brown rice

    Recipe

    Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 cups brown rice, bring back to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15-30 minutes (as long as I have time for in the morning - the longer you do it, the less "wet" rice you have on the bottom. Turn off the burner, and leave it til you get home.
