    Rice: Brown Rice & Veggies in Broth

    List of Ingredients

    * 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
    * 1 tbsp uncooked wild rice
    * 1/4 cup uncooked brown rice
    * 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    * 1/4 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    * 1/4 cup chopped carrots
    * 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    * 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    * 1 tsp dried onion flakes
    * 1 tsp paprika
    * 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
    * 2-1/2 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through, stirring once during baking
