    Rice: Fruited Baked Rice Pudding

    Recipe Introduction

    "I had to share this. I just made the most yummy rice pudding. It was kinda an attempt at something my dad used to make with stale bread becasue I made way to much rice and had 5 brown bananas and a over ripe pear that I didnt want to throw away. "

    List of Ingredients

    4 Over ripe bananas
    1 Over ripe pear
    5 Egg whites
    2 tsp ground clove
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 packets splenda
    1 tbsp vanilla
    3 cups cooked rice

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375.

    1. In a blender blend your egg whites until light. Pour into a separate bowl.

    2. In the blender blend bananas and pear until almost a thick liquid.

    3. Add back in egg whites whip until mixed.

    4. Add spices and splenda.

    5. Pour into a big bowl and add rice. Mix Well.

    6. Pour into a round, teflon coated cake pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top ofr appearance.

    7. Bake 1 hour. Let cool.

    Enjoy warm from the oven, cold or nuked.

    Serving = 1/2 cup and that is your carb. Original poster's note: Im not sure how to count the protein becasue im not really sure how much egg white is in 1/2 cup.
