Rice: Instant Rice Pizza

* 1 cup instant rice (Minute Rice), uncooked
* 1 1/2 cups NSA tomato puree
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
* 1 tsp minced fresh basil
* 1 tsp minced fresh oregano
* 1/4 tsp finely crushed dried rosemary
* Pizza toppings to personal tasteRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine instant rice, tomato puree, water, garlic, basil and oregano; mix thoroughly (the rice will begin to absorb the liquid from the tomatoes). Press into a pizza pan or two pie plates (it is not necessary to oil the pan/plates). Top with desired pizza topping such as turkey sausage, mushrooms, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, strips of bell pepper, etc. Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve.
