    Rice: Lemon Rice

    List of Ingredients

    * 1 cup white or brown rice
    * 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    * 1 tsp lemon peel
    * 2 cups salt-free fat-free chicken broth
    * 1/8 tsp pepper
    * 2 tsp dried parsley

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients except parsley. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Fluff and sprinkle with parsley.
