    Rice: Puffed Rice Cakes

    4 cups of Puffed Rice (OvenToasted) Cereal
    6 Splenda packets
    1 t. cinnamin
    4 egg whites whipped frothy

    Recipe

    Combine all reserving 2 packs of splenda. Make 8 equal patties. Sprinkle remaining splenda on patties. Bake for 10 min at 400 degrees.
