Rice: Spicy Brown Rice

2 cup Chicken broth defatted
1 cup Brown rice, uncooked
1 Bay leaf - (or 2)
3 dsh Toabasco sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tomato peeled and choppedRecipe
In a pot bring chicken broth to a boil. Add all ingredients except tomato. Lower heat and simmer approximately 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken broth is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in tomato and re-cover. Let cool slightly and serve.
