    Rice: White and Wild Rice Pilaf

    List of Ingredients

    * 3 cups cooked white rice
    * 2 cups cooked wild rice
    * 1/2 cup cooked millet (optional)
    * juice from 1 lemon
    * juice from 3 key limes
    * 5-8 green onions (chopped)
    * 1 finely grated carrot
    * water chestnuts (chopped, optional)
    * mushrooms (chopped, optional)
    * 1 tsp tarragon
    * 1 tsp crushed red pepper
    * 1/2 tsp black pepper
    * 1 tsp paprika
    * 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
    * chicken broth

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding enough broth to hold together. Toss and store. Heat in microwave or on stove.
