Oats: Strawberry Oatmeal

List of Ingredients
Start with:
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry oatmeal (results in 1 cup cooked oatmeal)
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Microwave on high (put a plate under your bowl...it tends to run over) for 1 1/2 minute. If at desired consistency, remove. If not, microwave on 50% power for additional 1 1/2 minute.
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
Splenda to taste
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Stir and Enjoy.
I am a type A and it is designed for a pre-workout meal.
