Dressing: No Oil Vinaigrette

2 tsp Dijon mustard grainy style
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbl fresh basil finely chopped
1 tbl shallots finely chopped
1 tbl chopped parsley
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

* Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended.
* Season to taste.
* Makes about 1 cup.
