Dressing: Red Wine Vinaigrette

1 tbl Lemon Juice
1 tbl Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbl Red Wine
2 tbl Olive Oil (off plan ingredient)
1 tsp Water
(original recipe calls for 1/4 tsp Salt)
1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 sm Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
1 slc Onion, Minced, Or 1/4 Tsp Onion PowderRecipe
* Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this dressing.
* Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover and shake well.
* Yields: 1/2 C (8 Tbsp)
