    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 teaspoons low fat peanut butter (off plan ingred)
    6 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice or lemon juice
    2 tablespoons low salt soy sauce
    2 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon sugar (or splenda)
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
    2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
    3 cloves garlic, minced

    Recipe



    Place the peanut butter ina medium bowl. Gradually add the lime or lemon juice, whisking constantly until smooth. Add the soy sauce, water, sugar and hot pepper sauce. Whisk to blend. Add the cilantro, basil, mint and garlic. Stir to combine.
