List of Ingredients
* 3 cups cooked brown rice.
* 5 green onions, thinly sliced
* 2 small or 1 large tomato seeded and diced
* 2-3 ribs celery, finely diced
* 1-1/2 cups diced bell pepper, assorted colors
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 pkts sweetener
* 1/2 tsp oregano
* 1/2 tsp dry mustard
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp dried basil
* 1/8 tsp thyme
* 1/8 tsp rosemary
* 1 clove garlic, minced
Recipe
Combine rice, green onions, tomato, celery, and bell pepper in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour dressing over rice and vegetables and mix well.
