Salad: Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1 medium bell pepper, cored and chopped
4 scallions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
Combine cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, green bell pepper and scallions in a large bowl. Mix garlic, vinegar, water, cayenne and black pepper. Pour over the veggies and toss to coat. Transfer to a large glass container, cover and refrigerate overnight bfore serving.
