Salad: Jalapeno-Lime-Cucumber Salad

(buny's note: the soy sauce and brown sugar/twin are off plan items.. may wish to add more or less to your preference).
List of Ingredients
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon brown sugar (or brown sugar twin)
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
Recipe
Combine the jalepeno, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, basil and brown sugar. Pour dressing over the cucumber in a serving bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
