Dressing: Oil Free Herb Dressing

List of Ingredients
Stir together
1 tablespoon powdered fruit pectin
3/4 teaspoon snipped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, basil, thyme, or savory, crushed
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Add
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced.
Recipe
Beat till mixed. Cover and store in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. Makes about 1/3 cup.
