    Dressing: Raspberry Dijon Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients

    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard grainy style
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
    1 tablespoon shallots finely chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
    (original recipe called for salt to taste)

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended. Season to taste. Makes about 1 cup.
