Dressing: Red Wine Vinegar Dressing

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 packets sweetener
2 cloves of garlic, minced - Can use garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. The water helps to tone down the vinegar.
Use this dressing to pour over:
Salad greens and vegetables
Steamed green beans: Pour over while still hot and let marinate. Good as a cold side dish.

Potato Salad (proportions are as desired):
Boil red potatoes w/jackets until tender; during last 5 minutes, add fresh green beans to boiling water and cook until crisp tender
In mixing bowl, add potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces, the green beans, red onion and chopped cucumber. Pour above salad dressing over all. Mix and let sit in fridge until cold and well-marinated. This is even better the next day.
