    Salad: Spinach Grapefruit Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 bag spinach
    1 grapefruit
    1/2 c. fructose
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. vinegar

    Recipe

    Mix dry ingred. and chopped onion and mix well. Let stand a few hours or overnite so flavors absorb. Serve with spinach and grapefruit or other fruit salads
