Salad: Zucchini Slaw

List of Ingredients
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 medium zucchini, shredded
2 cups shredded carrots
3 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons light brown sugar (or sugar twin)
(original recipe calls for 1 tablespoon oil )
1 teaspoon low salt soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
(original recipe calls for 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt )
Recipe
Toss together the cabbage, zucchini and carrots. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegatables and toss.
