    Salad: Tuna Apple Salad

    I took half of a green apple chopped it like onion and mixed in w/tuna and salad/spinach green and it was Yummy ! I never thought I'd say that about a salad.. I am a B so 1/2 of a medium apple is my fruit and tuna is my protein..and off course spincah/baby greens is a freebie...
