Salad: Ground Turkey Taco Salad

List of Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
Spices:
Chili pepper
Cumin
Oregano
Dried red pepper flakes
Paprika
1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped
2 small cloves Fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Lemon or lime juice
1/3 cup Water
Lettuce (your choice), shredded
Tomatoes, diced
4 cups Baked Potato, cubed
Recipe
Brown ground turkey. Add green onion, garlic, water, and lemon/lime juice. Add spices to taste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce reduces stirring occasionally. Lay Lettuce on each plate cover with 1/2 cup of baked potato, 2 oz of seasoned turkey, and diced tomatoes. Makes 8 servings.
Note: It is preferable to not mix the whole salad together unless you intend to serve it all at once. Make the seasoned ground turkey and store covered in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about two weeks. For best results, bake the potato just before serving.
