4 Orange Roughy Filets (or Turbot)
4 tablespoons White Wine Worcestershire Sauce (low sodium)
1 lemon sliced into circles
dash of pepper Recipe
Take 2 filets and put them on a 12x12 piece of tin foil pour 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce over the filets season filets with pepper and top with 2 - 3 slices of lemon. Take another sheet of tin foil, cover filets and seal to make a packet. Repeat for the remaining filets. Place packets on grill, turning once after 7 mins. Continue to grill for 15 mins.
