Baked Flounder

Place several (4-5) Flounder fillets in a non-stick baking pan. Place fillets in pan, pour in 1/2 cup of white cooking wine, cut 1 lemon in half, squeeze juice over fillets; cut 1 lime in half, squeeze juice over fillets; sprinkle garlic pepper, or if you don't have that, garlic powder and black pepper, and then sprinkle with basil. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice and a side of steamed veggies.
