    Broiled Sesame Fish

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound cod fillets, rinsed and patted dry
    1 teaspoon butter or margarine, melted (or use liquid butter buds)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon crushed dried tarragon
    (original recipe called for 1/4 teaspoon salt)
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds

    Preheat broiler. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.

    Arrange cod on prepared broiler pan. Brush with butter.

    Mix together lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper. Brush over fish and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 12 minutes. Serve hot.
