Broiled Spicy Shark

1 �pound shark fillets
1/3 �cup lemon juice
1/4 �cup chopped fresh parsley
2 �tablespoons chili sauce
1 �tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
1 �tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 �clove garlic, crushedRecipe
Place shark filets in a glass dish or resealable plastic bag. Add lemon juice, parsley, chili sauce, soy sauce, basil and garlic; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 8 hours.
Preheat broiler. Remove fish from bag, reserving marinade. Place fish on broiler rack, about 3 inches from heat, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn over, brush with marinade, and broil an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
Meanwhile boil the remainder of the marinade until reduced by half. Serve over fillets.
