*CAJUN RUB:
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon finely crushed fennel seeds
CATFISH:
cooking spray to coat grill
1 pound catfish nuggets
-- 4 bamboo skewers soaked

Combine the Cajun rub ingredients. Brush bbq grill with oil. Turn to medium high. Place Cajun rub and catfish nuggets in paper bag. Shake until pieces are well coated. Thread onto pre-soaked skewers. Cook on hot grill for 3 to 5 minutes each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
