Crab & Spinach Stuffed Mushroom Caps

* paprika
* garlic clove
* 2 tbsp chopped onion
* mushrooms
* 1/4 cup cooked fresh spinach, drained
* fresh parsley
* fresh cilantro
* 2 tsp dry white wine or sherry
* meat from 1 crab leg
* water or sherry for bottom of baking dishRecipe
Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and set aside. In food processor, mince onion, garlic and stems. Add white wine or sherry and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mince until all are in small pieces. Put 1" water or sherry in bottom of baking dish. Stuff mushroom caps and place in baking dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake in oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
