6 ounces crabmeat
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
(original recipe call for pinch kosher salt )Recipe
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Spray 12 mini muffin or tartlet cups with nonstick spray. Pick over the crabmeat to remove bits of shell and cartilage, then shop the meat. Mix together all ingredients. Fill the muffin cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until puffy and lightly browned.
