Creole Baked Fish

List of Ingredients
1 ¼ lbs. Fish fillets
1 can NSA tomatoes
2 t dried basil
½ red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 ribs celery, chopped (optional)
¼ t cayenne pepper (Or less, to taste)Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish, big enough to hold fish in one layer. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake covered for about 15 minutes.
