Ginger & Lime Fish

List of Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds thick fish fillets (cod or halibut)
2 teaspoons finely grated resh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon low salt soy sauce
3 limes, juiced Recipe
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the fillets skin side down in a baking dish. Combine the ginger, soy sauce and lime juice. Pour over fish. Add water if there is not 1/4 inch of liquid covering the bottom of the pan. If time permits, marinatethe fish for 30 minutes. Bake or 20-25 minutes, or until the fish tests done.
