Mexican Shrimp Scampi

List of Ingredients
2 T Olive Oil (or can use additional wine to saute the garlic))
2 ea Garlic,Minced
1 lb Shrimp,Peeled
1/2 c White Wine
1/4 c Lime Juice
1 c Tomatoes,Chopped
1/4 c Fresh CilantroRecipe
In a large skillet, heat oil and garlic. Cook and stir until garlic begins to turn brown. Add shrimp. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until shrimp begin to turn pink. Add wine, scraping and deglazing pan. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add line juice and tomatoes and cook until bubbly. Sprinkle with cilantro.
