Mussels Provencale

1 small sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves, garlic... minced
1 c white wine
1/2 t salt free chili powder
1 can, diced tomatoes
1/2 t black pepper
2 lbs mussels
1/4 c chopped italian parsleyRecipe
In nonstick skillet, cook onion until softened. Add garlic, wine, tomato, chili powder and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add mussels. Reduce heat to low and simmer until shells open (about 5 minutes) Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
