2 cup Water
1/2 cup Dry white wine
1 sm Quartered onion
1 dsh Oregano
1 dsh Thyme
1/2 Bay leaf
1/4 lb Fresh bay scallops

Combine water, wine, onion & herbs; bring to boil. Add scallops; cook until firm & white. Sprinkle with lemon juice; serve at once.
