Rosemary Citrus Grilled Tuna

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dry white wine (or substitute)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire sauce (low salt)
2 garlic cloves
4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 1/2 inch thick)
(original recipe called for 1/2 tsp salt )
1/2 tsp pepper
Cooking Spray
Grilled lemon slices (optional)
Grilled orange slices (optional)
Rosemary sprigs (optional) Recipe
(To grill citrus, place slices on grill rack with tuna during the last 5 minutes of cooking, turning slices once.)
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally. Remove tuna from bag; discard marinade. Sprinkle (salt and) pepper over tuna.
Prepare grill. Place tuna on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with grilled citrus and rosemary, if desired.
