Sauteed Fish w/ Fresh Herb Tomato Sauce

2 cups diced fresh tomatoes (about 2 large ones)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 C. lo-sodium/no-sodium chicken broth
4 fish fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds) such as salmon, halibut, or sea bass
Black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemonRecipe
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, and 2 Tbs. broth; set aside. (For a smoother sauce, puree the mixture in a food processor or blender.)
In a large skillet, use remaining broth and cook over medium heat. Sprinkle fish fillets with black pepper to taste and add to the skillet. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until fish is opaque.
Serve the fish drizzled with the tomato-herb sauce.
