    List of Ingredients

    3/4 pound salad shrimp, thawed
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 cup sliced onion
    1/4 teaspoon cqayenne pepper
    1 1/2 cups snow peas, fresh
    1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
    1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
    2 tablespoons vegetable broth
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe

    Drain shrimp and place in a bowl. Add cayenne and toss well. Spray a wok or nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on high and saute shrimp, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Place sauteed shrimp back into the bowl, leaving liquids in the wok.

    Combine onions and garlic in the wok and saute about 3 minutes. Add snow peas, red pepper, carrots and broccoli to wok. Add broth. Reduce heat to medium and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Redutn shrimp to wok a, add lemon juice and cook for 1 more minute.

    Makes 6 servings that are 2 oz. protein B and 2/3 cup vegetable A.
