    Asparagus & Shrimp Stirfry

    List of Ingredients

    * 18-24 large shrimp
    * 8 green onions
    * 2 garlic cloves
    * 1 lb asparagus
    * 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger

    Recipe

    Peel and cut onions into 1 inch slices. Cut ends off asparagus. Cut into 1-1/2 inch slices. Heat a non-stick pan or wok; add shrimp, garlic, and ginger and stir-fry until done, about 3-5 minutes. Remove shrimp. Add onions and asparagus and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add shrimp, continue stirring to heat for about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
