Broiled Fish

1 fish fillets or steaks (1 to 2)
spices (basil, dill, oregano, taragon)
lemon slices (optional)
Recipe
Select either fresh fish filets or fish steaks. Just wash and clean fish and place on a broiling pan with aluminum foil. Spice fish (suggestions are given below) and broil about 6 inches from the heat for about 5 min each side (test occasionally for firmness with a fork). Serve with lemon wedges.
Suggestions: snapper, cod, sole, sturgeon, salmon, halibut.
