    Buny's Scallops in Zinfandel

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound sea scallops
    1 cup white zinfandel
    fresh grated lemon zest
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    sprinkle of dillweed
    fresh ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Heat skillet over medium heat. While it's heating, pour wine over scallops in a bowl, and throw in the seasonings. Put all into skillet once hot. Cook until scallops are starting to split and are no longer translucent in the center (turn them over halfway thru cooking time). Be careful not to overcook
