Citrus Scallops

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb bay or sea scallops, cut into 1" pieces
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp paprika
Recipe
Preheat broiler. In 1 quart flameproof shallow casserole combine all ingredients. Broil until scallops are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
