    Cod on the Grill

    From member muchieaz: I made this last night and it turned out good enough to have again. I got this recipe from www.reynoldskitchen.com.

    List of Ingredients

    * cod fillet
    * frozen low-sodium stir fry vegetables
    * 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    * sweet onions, sliced in rings
    * aluminum foil about 18" long

    Recipe

    Place cod in the middle of foil (I left mine frozen). Pour vinegar over cod. Put frozen vegetables on top with rings of onion. Cook on a med hot grill for 10-15 minutes. If everything is defrosted, this will only take about 8-10 minutes.
