From member gettinthere: This works well on the George Foreman grill. You can also grill fish and vegetables separately (omit skewers), then combine on serving plate.
List of Ingredients
* 1-1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 3/4 tsp wasabi powder or 1-1/2 tbsp prepared white horseradish
* 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
* 1-1/2 tbsp dry Sherry
* 1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
* 10 oz halibut steak cut into 1 inch pieces
* red bell pepper squares
* bamboo skewers soaked in water 15 minutes
Recipe
Combine mustard and wasabi in a medium bowl. Mix in chives, Sherry, and ginger. Add fish; stir gently to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Preheat grill. Thread fish on skewers alternately with bell pepper squares. Grill until fish is opaque in center and peppers are slightly charred, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
Serving Idea: Offer thinly sliced cucumber tossed in a dressing of rice vinegar, herbs and green onion.
